Arbil / News Network Iraq - announced the Kurdistan Regional Government 's intention to the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, to open an office in the Kurdistan Region.
Said in a statement to the government today: that (IFC) , the largest development institution global focus in particular on the private sector in the countries of the Middle East and North Africa, expressed during a meeting held on Wednesday , in the office of the Ministry of Planning in the Kurdistan Regional Government .
statement noted that the Minister of Planning in the Government of the territory d . Ali Sindi, received the Director of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) supporter Makhlouf , Director of Iraq Branch of the institution mentioned Ziad Badr, to discuss plans and activities, present and future of the institution.
Noted that among those plans to continue in partnership with the private sector to invest in the Kurdistan Region in various fields, especially in the industrial sector , tourism and travel.
statement continued that he and the aim of improving workflow and project implementation , the Delegation announced the intention of the company to open an office in the Kurdistan region soon.
according to the statement , the Minister of Planning of the Kurdistan Regional Government praised this initiative which will strengthen cooperation and coordination between the Government of Kurdistan Region and the international Finance Corporation, expressing his readiness territorial Government and his ministry to provide all forms of support and facilities in this area.
noted that the Kurdistan Regional Government provides facilities and support for the work of companies and local businessmen and foreigners through the system of legislation governing their work , including creating the working conditions of return benefit to them and to the economic and urban life in the region, according to economists observers .
