General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers sent a bill passports to the House of Representatives

Sent the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers a draft law passports to the Iraqi Council of Representatives .
Said a source in the Department of Cabinet Affairs of the Office of Government Information and Communication , stressing that the Council of Ministers approved a draft law auditor by the State Council and forwarded to the House of Representatives .
The source added that the bill has been issued passports for the purpose of the constitutional rights of the Iraqi in obtaining a passport through facilitating the procedures of granting the passport and to ensure freedom of movement , and in line with the new democratic approach .
The bill came in the 22 articles on various affairs of issuing the passport and the different types addition to the provisions that implement the right of each of the damaged or lost his passport for the first time inside or outside Iraq that pays amounts in this case up to 250 thousand dinars , as well as a fine few extra extent the same or up to one million dinars in the case of loss or damage to citizen passport more than once .

Cabinet approves draft law amending the law of justice charges

Announced that the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers that the Council decided to approve the draft law amending the law of judicial duties .
According to the Department of Cabinet Affairs of the Office of Government Information and Communication Council decided minutes forty - sixth regular meeting held on 04.11.2013 has approved a draft law amending the duties of justice Law No. 114 of 1981 , the auditor by the State Council .
The Chamber added that the draft law was referred to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles 61 and item 80 item II of the Constitution.

Forward a draft law on drugs and psychotropic substances into the House of Representatives

Announced that the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers that the Council of Ministers decided to minutes forty - fifth regular meeting held on 10.29.2013 has approved a draft law on narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and forwarded to the House of Representatives.
And showed the Department of Cabinet Affairs , said that the decision to refer the bill came after making the necessary adjustments upon by the legal department at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
According to the reasons (given to authenticate the Republic of Iraq and its accession to several international treaties related to drugs and psychotropic substances , and to tackle the spread of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in Iraq, and for the suppression of criminal gangs that operate to mislead some groups of people and encourage them to use those materials, which pose a serious threat to human health and welfare and damage the foundations of economic, social , cultural and ethical in the community , but the purpose of adopting the rules of science in the treatment of drug addicts and psychotropic Substances, and the consolidation of Arab and International Cooperation in this regard , and to prevent drug cultivation or plants that draw us psychotropic substances or limit as a serious pest threatening entity and the development of community sanctions deterrent to زارعيها or traffickers . initiated this law.

Forwarded the draft law of the Ministry of Electricity to the House of Representatives

Announced that the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, said the council approved the bill and the Ministry of Electricity auditor by the State Council.
He said the Information Office of Government Communications and that the approval came under Council resolution No. (484) during the forty-seventh session, which included approval to refer the project in question to the House of Representatives.
The decision by the Council of the assignment pursuant to the provisions of Articles (61 / First and item 80 / item II) of the Iraqi Constitution.

Approved a draft law on Iraq's accession to the convention of the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT)

Announced that the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, said the council decided minutes forty-seventh regular meeting held on 12.11.2013 has approved a draft law on accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Convention of the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) in the matter of cultural property stolen or illegally exported and which entered into force on 1/7/1998, and referred to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles (61 / item first) and (80 / item II) of the Constitution.

General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers confirms the assignment tender implementation of the export pipeline system for the Akkas gas field on the Korean company

Confirmed the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to refer tender implementation of the export pipeline system for the Akkas gas field on the company (STX) , South Korea.
An official source in the Department of Cabinet Affairs, General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers that the Council of Ministers decided in its meeting held on 12.11.2013 approved the recommendation of the Committee on Energy on the Assignment of tender -style design, processing , construction and a total of $ 449 million , and under the conditions required technical and period -running 46.5 months on the basis of lower prices and convenient technical corresponding ratio .

Cabinet approves draft law to regulate the work of advisers

Confirmed the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers that the Council decided to approve the draft law regulating the work of counselors.

It showed the Council of Ministers Affairs Department of the Office of Government Information and Communication Council decided minutes forty - seventh regular meeting held on 11.12.2013 has approved a draft law regulating the work of advisers auditor by the State Council .

He added that he was referred to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles 61 and item 80 item II of the Constitution.

The decision came for the purpose of organizing the work of advisers in the ministries and departments not associated with the Ministry and determine the terms of appointment and definition of their work and the nature of the tasks assigned to them .

Council of Ministers decisions in Session 47 in 12/11/2013

The Council of Ministers held its forty-seventh regular session in Baghdad Tuesday , November 12, 2013 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki issuing the following decisions

1 - Recommendations Adoption of victims of Tigris River basin flooding problem compensations Committee formed the under Diwani Order No. (9) Of 2013, which are :

A - approval of the special emergency grant the affected by rains and floods in the basin of the Tigris River 's ( 5333 ) affected with amount of ( 2,000,000 ) two million dinars for each family .

B - The Office of the Minister of State for Provincial Affairs is to send minutes of records of the damage caused houses & buildings in addition of the damage to agriculture and livestock to the relevant ministries for a statement of opinion in question so that the aforementioned committee for consideration.

2 - Approval of the recommendations of the Ministerial Committee formed under Diwani No. 34 of 2013 to compensate those affected by the rains and floods ( recommendations 1-4) allocating the amount of ( 306,172,025,000 ) dinars, and the disposal of compensation in full for requests less than ten million dinars, and by 50 % for this year for those who exceeded the amount of ten million dinars and the remaining payout in the next year, opening a special account to pay compensation on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture .

3A - ِِApproved to the implementation of a mechanism receipt , marketing and prices, followed in 2012 and which had already been approved under the Council of Ministers Resolution No. ( 379 ) for the year 2012, and contained in the Ministry of Agriculture letter number 1449 on 11.07.2013 .

B – Cancelling the paragraph relating to the establishment of the Iraqi company for manufacturing and marketing of dates of receipt of the crop in question contained the decision of Council of Ministers No. ( 257 ) for the year 2013,

Commanding the Ministry of Agriculture of receive.

4 – Approval to the recommendation of Economic Affairs Committee on the approval of recommendations of the mechanism and developing appropriate controls committee for contracting Ministry of Industry & Minerals companies with Iraqi companies and private Arab and foreign in order to develop the production and performance of these companies , the problem under it Diwani No. ( 112 ) for the year 2012, provided that the applicable regulations sharing contracts currently in force , and holds the relevant ministries review their own sharing contracts and in line with those of the controls .

5 - Approval to the recommendation of the on Energy Committee on the Assignment of tender (EPC-REP/009/2013) for project implementation system pipeline export Akkas gas -style design, processing and construction (EPC) custody Inc. (STX) , South Korea and the total amount of $ ( 449 million ) four hundred and forty-nine million and under the conditions required technical , and the period of implementation of standing ( 46.5 ) months , and on the basis of lower prices and an appropriate proportion of technical compliance .

6 - Adoption of the recommendations of the joint meeting between the Ministry of Agriculture and the in the Prime Minister's Office advisers on the campaign against scourge Dobas mentioned in the Ministry of Agriculture letter No. 1459 on 11.12.2013 .

7 - Approval of the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the convention of the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROI ) regarding cultural property stolen or exported illegally , which entered into force on 1/7/1998 , and referred to the House of Representatives , according to the provisions of Articles ( 61 / I and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution.

8 - Approval of the bill and the Ministry of Electricity , the auditor by the State Council and forwarded to the Council of Representatives , according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item first ) and (80 / item II) of the Constitution.

9 - ِِApproved a draft law regulating the work of consultants , checked by the State Advisory Council, forwarding it to the Council of Representatives on the basis of provisions of Articles (61 / I and item 80 / item II ) of the Constitution
