State of Law: the budget will be approved after the next election

Tomorrow's Press / Baghdad: MP for the rule of law char Darraji, on Tuesday, that the general budget for the current year will be approved after the next parliamentary elections by the new parliament, noting that the political differences caused the carried over to the new session.
Daraji said for "tomorrow's Press," said that "political differences caused the postponement of the budget and discussed until after the next parliamentary elections," adding that "the budget would be passed after the parliamentary elections, the reason for failure to resolve political differences and the efforts of some of the blocks to get a benefit from the budget."
Darraji called "the political blocs of opposition to the budget law to attend meetings of the House of Representatives, a day after the 30th of April after the end of any current advertising campaigns for the elections in order to pass the budget."
It is noteworthy that the state budget for the current year did not acknowledge until now since the government sent nearly two months ago to the House of Representatives and is awaiting inclusion on the agenda, while stalling the Presidency for inclusion due to the lack of agreement of the political blocs on them.
The Parliament and since the beginning of the current session in, the 21 of December 2010 and has so far witnessed disagreements and lack of consensus on many of the laws vital task such parties law and the law of oil and gas and the Unified Retirement Law and the proposed amendment to the election law, as well as the general amnesty law and others, underlining Observers that it is subject to political outbidding and the wishes of the leaders of parliamentary blocs.
Referred to the upcoming parliamentary elections will be held on the 30th of this month with the participation of 39 major political coalition of Sunnis, Shiites and Kurds, as well as 244 political entities from all over the country and with the participation of 9040 candidates competing for 328 seats.
