Parliamentary economy: Five-Year Plan "unclear"

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - described the economic and investment commission in the House of Representatives, five-year plan, other than the obvious with respect to head the country's economic towards becoming hard to free economy or remain in the economy, totalitarian, calling for activating the private sector in all areas, to address the reluctance of the joints of the service life.[/ltr]
[ltr]The committee member said Salman al-Moussawi,'s (IMN), "The five-year plan is good in many of the paragraphs, but need some additions and clarity of vision of Iraq's economic, because the plan is not clear with respect to the movement towards a free economy or stay on the economy totalitarian."[/ltr]
[ltr]Al-Moussawi said, "The activation of the private sector in the next plan ensures that Iraq would emerge from the economy totalitarian, because there is not the experience of successful economic in the world, but was left behind by activating the private sector in all areas, even in the provision of services," pointing out that "the lag affects all the joints life of service. "[/ltr]
[ltr]He said al-Moussawi, that "the plan last spotted in a deviation in the application of paragraphs, so I went to the government's new five-year plan."[/ltr]
[ltr]And launched the country during the last period plan five-year development for the years 2013 - 2017 and included all aspects of the humanitarian, economic, developmental, social and cultural development, said Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Hussain al-Shahristani, in a speech at the Fourth Scientific Conference of statisticians Arabs held in Baghdad, said that the growth rate reached during the past five years, 9% is expected to rise to 10 percent in the next five years.[/ltr]
